How do I make a question paper?
Examinations → Papers → Generate New Paper. Give it a title, class and subject, and link it to an exam if you like. A linked paper sets that exam sheet's maximum marks while no marks are entered yet.
Then build the paper:
- Start from the board layout (Sections A / B / C), or Add section yourself. Each section can have instructions and "Attempt any N".
- Add questions From question bank…, or type them straight into the paper.
- Or press Build paper from chapters: tick the chapters, and questions are spread across them. You can swap any question afterwards.
Choose the print options (text size, numbering, spacing), then View & PDF to print. Papers in Urdu print right-to-left.
How do I add questions to the question bank?
Papers → Manage Questions → Add Question. Pick the class and subject, type the question (English or Urdu), and choose the type (MCQ, short answer, long answer, true/false, fill in the blanks), difficulty, marks, chapter and topic. For MCQs, add options and mark the correct one.
Questions marked Starter come from a starter pack. Check them before using them in a paper. Filter with Our own to see only your school's questions.
Can students take a test online?
Yes, on plans that include it. Examinations → Online Exams → Schedule New Exam: pick a question paper and set the start and end window. Students take it from the Exam Portal. View Results shows attempts, the average, highest and lowest score, and a per-question breakdown. Once students have attempted a paper it can't be changed. Use Copy to make a new version.
