Running a school with more than one campus

Skoolyte runs every campus or branch in one account. A switch at the top shows one campus or all of them, each staff member sees only the campuses they work at, and fees, students and reports are counted per campus — while brothers and sisters at different campuses can still pay together at one counter.

One account, every campus

  • Add each campus or branch with its own name, code and address
  • A campus switch at the top; lists, dashboards and reports follow it
  • Each class belongs to a campus, and students take the campus of their class
  • Staff see only the campuses they work at; admins see everything

Fees across campuses

  • Collection reports by day, class and campus
  • Families with children at different campuses can pay together at one counter
  • An admin can let cashiers take fees for any campus; the money is still counted under the student’s own campus
  • Each cashier’s cash drawer stays correct

Moving up to another campus

If Class 3 is taught at the Junior Campus and Class 4 at the Main Campus, end-of-year promotion can move students straight into the next campus’s class.

Schools using it

Khyber Grammar School & College in Dera Ismail Khan runs its five campuses and more than 1,900 students on Skoolyte.

Common questions

Is more than one campus included in the free plan?
No. More than one campus is part of the paid plan, which is priced per student per month.
Can a cashier at one campus take fees for a student of another campus?
Only if a school admin turns that on. The payment still counts under the student’s own campus, so campus reports stay correct.
