What happens when you grow
If you go past 300 students, nothing is deleted and everything keeps working — only adding new students pauses until you choose a paid plan. Ask us for a price for your school.
Common questions
- Is the free plan really free, or a trial?
- It is free for schools with up to 300 students, with no end date. New schools also get a trial of the paid features first; after the trial the school moves to the free plan unless it upgrades.
- Can we export our data from the free plan?
- Yes. Student lists, fee records and reports can be exported to Excel or PDF on every plan.
